Frequently Asked Questions

WHY DOES SCI EXIST?
There is no other resource for small-cap executives and board members to: (a) understand, free of any conflicts of interest, how seasoned investors think about their companies and the critical decisions they make daily; and (b) interact with, and learn from each other.

We believe there is a better way to help executives, boards, and their shareholders. Our comprehensive knowledge library, and interactive forums provide a first-of-its kind toolset to help them navigate unique small-cap challenges.

WHO WRITES THE CONTENT FOR SCI?
SCI currently has dozens of contributors to our knowledge library: both seasoned small-cap investors, as well as renowned capital markets thought leaders. Some content is published under their individual names, sometimes the content is published under the SCI umbrella when it has been group edited/developed. None of them are paid, and none of them have access to our membership data.
WHY CAN’T SERVICE PROVIDERS JOIN?
We’ve spoken to dozens of small-cap executives, and they resoundingly stated that a critical void in the small-cap ecosystem is a community limited exclusively to executives and board members so they can, anonymously, confer with one another about critical business challenges they face.
ARE YOU JUST ANOTHER ADVISORY SERVICE?
No. SCI isn’t an advisory service at all. SCI is a first-of-its-kind educator.
IS MEMBERSHIP PRIVATE?
Yes. Member names are never disclosed to other members or third parties, and third parties will never contact you as a result of SCI membership.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW CONTENT?
New content is added weekly. We also send a bi-monthly email highlighting new and relevant material to our subscribers.
